Setup
Zoom connects through OAuth against your account, so ProhostAI never sees your password.
Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
Search for Zoom and select Connect.
Sign in to Zoom and approve the permissions.
Ask what meetings are scheduled to confirm it works.
Good to know
Recording requires it to be enabled in Zoom and, in many places, the consent of participants. Local law applies.
Cloud recordings are what can be retrieved; local recordings on someone’s machine are not reachable.
Zoom stays the system of record for meetings and recordings.
Revoking ProhostAI in Zoom’s app marketplace settings ends access immediately.
