Setup
Zoho CRM connects through Zoho OAuth. Sign in with the account on the correct regional data centre.
Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
Search for Zoho CRM and select Connect.
Sign in to Zoho and approve the permissions on the consent screen.
Ask what is in your pipeline to confirm the connection works.

Zoho’s data centres are regional. Signing in with an account on the wrong region is the usual reason a connection cannot find your data.
Zoho CRM stays the system of record; ProhostAI reads and updates it.
Your existing modules, layouts and custom fields are used as they are.
Revoking ProhostAI in your Zoho account’s connected-apps settings ends access immediately.

Does it work with Zoho’s regional data centres?
Yes, but you must sign in with the account on the correct region. Using the wrong regional login is the most common reason a connection cannot find your records.
Can I connect other Zoho apps too?
Yes. Zoho Books, Invoice, Desk, Bigin, Inventory and Mail can each be connected, so the picture can be assembled across modules.
Does ProhostAI replace Zoho CRM?
No. Zoho CRM remains the system of record; the connection removes the navigation between doing work and recording it.
Are my custom fields supported?
Your existing modules, layouts and custom fields are used as they are — nothing needs restructuring first.
How do I disconnect Zoho CRM?
Open Settings → Connections in ProhostAI and disconnect it, or revoke ProhostAI in your Zoho connected-apps settings.
