Businesses that standardise on Zoho tend to do it for the whole suite — mail, CRM, books, invoicing — and the mailbox ends up carrying the correspondence that matters commercially: owners, suppliers, accountants, longer-term tenants.
Connecting Zoho Mail makes that correspondence something you can work through by asking. Find the last exchange with a supplier and get the state of it in a sentence, then have the reply drafted from your address. What would have been ten minutes of scrolling and composing becomes a request and a review.

Setup
Zoho Mail connects through Zoho’s OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.
Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
Search for Zoho Mail and select Connect.
Sign in to Zoho and approve the permissions on the consent screen.
Ask the AI to find a recent thread to confirm the connection works.

Connecting Zoho Mail does not route incoming mail into the unified guest inbox — it is agent-managed, and guest conversations stay where their stay history is.
Mail sends from the connected account, so replies come back to Zoho and your sent folder reflects what went out.
Zoho’s data centres are regional. Sign in with the account on the right region or the connection will not find your mailbox.
Revoking ProhostAI in your Zoho account’s connected-apps settings ends access immediately.

Can the AI send mail as me?
It sends from the connected account, so messages come from your address and replies return to Zoho normally.
Does it work with Zoho’s regional data centres?
Yes, but you must sign in with the account on the correct region. Using the wrong regional login is the usual reason a connection cannot find the mailbox.
Is the Zoho Mail integration free?
Connecting it is included with ProhostAI. You bring your own Zoho account.
How do I disconnect Zoho Mail?
Open Settings → Connections in ProhostAI and disconnect it, or revoke ProhostAI in the connected-apps section of your Zoho account.
