Setup

RentalWise connects with an API key from your RentalWise account, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

  1. In RentalWise, generate an API key from your account settings.

  2. Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.

  3. Search for RentalWise, select Connect, and paste the key.

  4. Wait for the first sync, then check your listings and upcoming reservations look right.

  • This connection is in Early Access. It covers listings, reservations and guest messaging rather than every feature the platform offers.

  • RentalWise stays the system of record for availability, rates and bookings. ProhostAI reads them and acts on them rather than replacing them.

  • The first sync takes a few minutes; reservations arrive before the full message history.

  • Turn Autopilot on gradually — one property, one message type — so you can judge the AI’s tone before it covers everything.
