That range is where guest messaging becomes the binding constraint. Thirty properties generate enough questions to occupy someone permanently, and the answers are almost entirely repetitive: check-in times, parking, wifi, whether the cot is available.
Connecting Hostify hands that repetition to the AI while the bookings stay where they are. Reservations and conversations sync across, replies come from the details of the actual stay, and anything needing judgement is escalated with the thread attached.

Setup
Hostify connects with an API key from your Hostify account, so ProhostAI never sees your password.
In Hostify, generate an API key from your account settings.
Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
Search for Hostify, select Connect, and paste the key.
Wait for the first sync, then check your listings and upcoming reservations look right.

This connection is in Early Access. It covers listings, reservations and guest messaging rather than every feature the platform offers.
Hostify stays the system of record for availability, rates and bookings. ProhostAI reads them and acts on them rather than replacing them.
The first sync takes a few minutes on a larger portfolio; reservations arrive before the full message history.

Open Settings → Connections in ProhostAI and disconnect it. Nothing in your Hostify account changes.
