Setup

Harvest connects through OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
Search for Harvest and select Connect.
Sign in to Harvest and approve the permissions.
Ask where time went last month to confirm the connection works.

Set projects up to mirror properties or owners; that mapping is what makes the numbers meaningful.
Harvest stays the system of record for time and its own invoicing.
Logging as work happens is the whole point — time reconstructed at month end tells you very little.
Revoking ProhostAI in Harvest’s settings ends access immediately.
