Greenhouse

Property management is staff-intensive and turnover is high, particularly in cleaning. A company of any size is hiring more or less permanently, in a market where good candidates have options.

That makes speed decisive. A cleaner who applies on Monday and hears back on Friday has usually taken something else, and the applications that sit unreviewed are where the loss happens.

Connecting Greenhouse keeps that pipeline visible. Who has applied, who is waiting on a decision, which roles are stalled — answerable without opening the system, so a hiring process that competes on response time actually competes on it.

The comparison worth making is against your current process. If cleaner applications currently sit in an inbox until somebody has a quiet afternoon, the tool matters less than the fact that nothing is telling you they are waiting.
