Google Tasks wins on proximity rather than features. It is already there, next to the inbox and the calendar, which for someone living in Google Workspace all day means it is the list they will actually look at.

Setup
Google Tasks connects through Google OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.
Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
Search for Google Tasks and select Connect.
Sign in to Google Tasks and approve the permissions.
Ask what is on your list to confirm it works.

This is a personal list rather than shared team work — ProhostAI tasks suit anything the team needs to see.
Tasks appear alongside Gmail and Calendar, which is the main reason to use it.
Separate lists per property or per type keep it usable as volume grows.
