Arranging a call is a small task that generates a surprising amount of switching: open the calendar, create the event, add the video link, invite the people, then go back and tell them it exists.

Setup
Google Meet connects through Google OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.
Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
Search for Google Meet and select Connect.
Sign in to Google Meet and approve the permissions.
Ask it to set up a test meeting to confirm it works.

Meetings are created against the connected Google account and appear in its calendar.
Connecting Google Calendar as well is worth it — that is what lets the AI check availability before proposing a time.
