Setup
Capsule connects through OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.
Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
Search for Capsule CRM and select Connect.
Sign in to Capsule and approve the permissions.
Ask about one of your contacts to confirm the connection works.

Capsule stays the system of record. ProhostAI reads and updates it rather than holding a second copy.
Your existing pipelines and custom fields are used as they are.
