Calendly exists because agreeing a time over email takes four messages and still gets it wrong. In property management the same problem shows up constantly: a prospective owner wants to talk, a tenant wants a viewing, a contractor needs a slot.
Connecting Calendly lets ProhostAI handle that end of the conversation. When someone asks to meet, the AI can offer the right booking link, check what has been scheduled, and follow up on what is coming — inside the same conversation where the request was made, rather than in a separate email thread.
Because it works alongside your calendar connection, what gets booked through Calendly is visible next to the stays and cleans it has to fit around. That is the part worth having: a viewing arranged for Saturday morning is only a good idea if Saturday morning is not already a changeover, and the person picking the slot rarely knows that.

Setup
Calendly connects through OAuth, so ProhostAI never sees your password.
Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
Search for Calendly and select Connect.
Sign in to Calendly and approve the permissions.
Ask what is scheduled this week to confirm the connection works.
Good to know
Your Calendly availability rules still govern what can be booked — ProhostAI works through them rather than around them.
Connecting Google Calendar as well is worth it: that is what lets the AI see scheduled meetings next to stays and cleans.
Event types are the vocabulary here. Clear names — “Owner review”, “Viewing” — make it far more likely the right link gets offered.
Revoking ProhostAI in your Calendly integrations settings ends access immediately.

Does it respect my availability rules?
Yes. Calendly’s own rules still decide what can be booked; the integration does not bypass them.
Will scheduled meetings show up with my other events?
If you also connect Google Calendar, meetings booked through Calendly are visible next to stays, cleans and other work.
Is the Calendly integration free?
Connecting it is included with ProhostAI. You need your own Calendly account.
How do I disconnect Calendly?
Open Settings → Connections in ProhostAI and disconnect it, or remove ProhostAI from your Calendly integrations settings.
