Setup

Apaleo connects with an API key from your Apaleo account, so ProhostAI never sees your password.

In Apaleo, generate an API key from the API section of your account.
Open ProhostAI and go to Settings → Connections.
Search for Apaleo, select Connect, and paste the key.
Wait for the first sync, then check your listings and upcoming reservations look right.

Good to know

This connection is in Early Access. It covers listings, reservations and guest messaging rather than every feature the platform offers.
Apaleo stays the system of record for availability, rates and bookings. ProhostAI reads them and acts on them rather than replacing them.
Multi-property groups should verify one property before extending across the estate.
