Autopilot answers guest messages on its own, around the clock, and hands you the ones it shouldn't answer alone. You decide how confident it has to be, which topics it owns, and which properties it covers.

How it works

Choose when it sends
Autopilot scores every draft it writes. Above your confidence threshold it sends; below it, the conversation is escalated to you with the draft ready. A response delay of a few minutes gives you room to intervene before anything leaves.
Decide what happens when it isn't sure
Two behaviors, picked per account. "Answer and follow up" sends a short holding reply and flags the conversation. "Hold for your review" sends nothing and notifies you, with the draft waiting.
Work only the hours you want
A timed schedule limits automatic sending to specific hours per day in your timezone, so overnight messages can wait for a human if that's what you'd rather.
It gets better as you work
Every message you send, edit, or correct feeds AI Memory, and the next reply uses it. Categories you keep escalating are the ones to add instructions for.
