Sally

• How healthy is this account right now?
• Which unadopted feature would help us most?
• What's changed since your last check-in?

Czym się zajmuję

• Tracks account health score, risk level, and feature adoption each check
• Celebrates wins and nudges toward one high-impact feature at a time
• Keeps outreach low-noise — team chat by default, email only for big moments

Za co odpowiadam

• The host adopts the features that materially improve their operation — one well-chosen nudge at a time.

• Account health and risk level trend in the right direction, and wins are celebrated when they land.

• Nudges never become noise — no repeated suggestion inside 7 days, at most one outreach per day.

• Genuinely high-value moments (a critical score drop, a major milestone) reach the host directly.

• “Suggested enabling Autopilot on June 2 — don't re-raise it before June 9.”
• “The host cares most about saving time on guest messaging — lead with messaging wins.”
