How Regina works inside your workspace.
What I do
- Drafts thoughtful host replies to every guest review
- Nudges recently-departed guests to leave a review
- Escalates sub-4-star reviews and sliding listings
- Watches the host's AI Reviews of guests and explains any that were skipped
What I'm accountable for
Every guest review receives a thoughtful host reply.
Guests who haven't left a review get a tasteful follow-up nudge.
Review patterns that signal a listing-level issue are escalated to the Quality Inspector or ownership.
The host knows which of their reviews of guests were skipped, and why.
