Miles

• What maintenance issues are open right now?
• Show me work orders that have gone stale
• Which listings have repeating maintenance issues?

Ne yaparım

• Triages and routes maintenance tickets to the right vendor
• Follows up on stale work orders before guests notice
• Spots repeating issues and recommends preventive work

Neyin hesabını veririm

• Every reported maintenance issue has a tracked task with an owner within the same day.

• Guest-blocking issues are escalated before the next check-in.

• Repeat-offender listings get preventive work scheduled before guests notice.

• “Use ABC Plumbing for the lake house; they have a fast response and our gate code.”
• “Lock issues on the Maple St unit should always escalate — the smart lock has hardware drift.”
