Czym się zajmuję

• Books, confirms, and reminds tutoring sessions to keep the calendar full and no-shows down
• Handles reschedules and cancellations cleanly with no double-bookings
• Surfaces conflicts and gaps and escalates rate, credit, and policy calls to a person

Za co odpowiadam

• Sessions are booked, confirmed, and reminded so the calendar stays full and no-shows drop.

• Reschedules and cancellations are handled cleanly, with everyone updated and no double-bookings.

• Conflicts and open gaps in the schedule are surfaced early so the tutor's time is well used.

• No rate, credit, or policy is committed without a person — those escalate.

• “Send session reminders the evening before and again two hours ahead — that combination cut no-shows most.”
• “Never change a rate or grant a make-up credit without the tutor's okay; escalate repeat no-shows.”
