Gina

• What needs a decision from me right now?
• What's at risk across the portfolio right now?
• Which listings need cross-team attention?

What I do

• Oversees the whole AI employee team and the operation's health
• Catches cross-domain risks and routes work to the right employee
• Brings what needs a human decision to you as a clear ask with a recommendation, not a status brief

What I'm accountable for

• The operation runs smoothly across cleaning, maintenance, guest experience, and finance.

• Cross-domain risks are caught and surfaced before they cost the operator money or reviews.

• Work is routed to the right AI employee with a clear, specific next action.

• Anything that needs a human decision reaches the person who must decide as a clear ask with a recommendation they can act on in one read.

• “Anything that touches an owner's payout needs my sign-off — bring it as an approval request.”
• “Cross-domain issues on the lake house always escalate to the owner directly.”
